The JBL Control 447HC is a two-way coaxial ceiling loudspeaker from the flagship Control 400 Premium Coverage Series. It features a 6.5-inch woofer, conical RBI™ technology, an integrated enclosure, and a narrow 85° coverage pattern, making it ideal for highly reverberant spaces and high-ceiling applications.
Featuring JBL’s proprietary conical Radiation Boundary Integrator® (RBI™) technology, the Control 447HC delivers constant directivity coverage. This helps listeners experience smooth, clear, and consistent sound across the listening area.
The speaker includes thoughtfully engineered mounting features for safety, efficiency, and repeatability. Its terminal cover allows convenient top or side cable entry and is secured with captive hand-screws. The reliable captive dogear mounting system supports a wide range of ceiling thicknesses. The full-face magnetic grille is easily paintable and blends seamlessly with modern interiors. The Control 447HC supports both 70V/100V and low impedance applications.
