Description
The JBL Control 40CS/T Ceiling Subwoofer is a direct-radiating, high-impact 8-inch ceiling subwoofer designed to deliver extended bass response with powerful low-frequency performance. It includes a built-in passive crossover network, allowing it to be used easily as part of a subwoofer-satellite system.
When combined with JBL Control 42C satellite speakers, the Control 40CS/T creates a natural-sounding and powerful subwoofer-satellite system with minimal visual impact. It is suitable for commercial spaces that require wide bandwidth, superior sound quality, and clean ceiling-mounted installation.
The speaker can operate on 70V / 100V distributed audio systems or in 8-ohm low-impedance bypass mode, making it flexible for different installation requirements.
