Description
The Control 26-DT is a compact ceiling loudspeaker transducer assembly designed to upgrade or replace standard 8-inch ceiling speaker drivers in existing backcan installations. Engineered to fit standard ceiling backcans designed for 200 mm (8 in) drivers, it provides premium audio performance while simplifying retrofit and upgrade projects.
The assembly comes complete with the transducer, crossover network, and built-in transformer, offering an all-in-one solution for distributed audio systems. Its coaxial design combines a 6.5-inch woofer with a titanium-coated tweeter to deliver clear, natural sound with excellent speech intelligibility and music reproduction.
An advanced crossover network ensures smooth frequency response and consistent coverage throughout the listening area, while the integrated 70V/100V transformer makes the Control 26-DT suitable for commercial background music, foreground music, and paging applications.
