XLA-221SUB is a dual 21″ subwoofer from the flagship XLA System, engineered to deliver earth-shaking low-end power with absolute control and precision.

Equipped with two custom Beyma 21″ drivers featuring 4.0″ QUATTRO (4-layer) voice coils, cast aluminium frames, and Maltcross® cooling technology, XLA-221SUB achieves extreme SPL with remarkable thermal efficiency and reliability. Each driver is housed within a robust birch plywood enclosure, supported by our unique Flared Laminar Port (FLP) design, which ensures smooth airflow, eliminates turbulence, and maintains tight, distortion-free bass even at the highest output levels.

Delivering 2 x 1600 W continuous (up to 2 x 6400 W peak) and a maximum SPL of 147 dB at 1 m, XLA-221SUB sets a new benchmark for infrabass performance. Perfect for Inverted Stack Gradient Array (iSGA) configurations, it provides enhanced low-frequency directionality when paired with the XLA-118SUB, combining overwhelming depth with punch and precision.
